Programme Description
DDU-GKY is a placement-linked skill development programme that helps rural youth gain employment through free vocational training. In Shivamogga, approved training partners offer courses in IT & ITeS, Retail, Hospitality, Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. The programme includes classroom training, practical sessions, personality development, communication skills, digital literacy, and placement assistance. Candidates who successfully complete the course receive a government-recognized certificate and are connected with employers across India for job opportunities.
